First residence in Fort Worth to receive LEED Platinum certification

A 1951 square foot residence on an infill lot in a neighborhood on the near south side of Fort Worth. The house was featured on the annual neighborhood Candlelight Christmas tour of homes.

Materials include Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) for exterior walls and roof, aluminum storefront glass, fiber cement siding, sealed concrete floors. Energy efficient and low flow fixtures were used throughout.

Built by Ferrier Custom Homes. Completed in 2009.
